The Guaranteed Issue Whole
Life Products differ in several ways.
These are products you can purchase with
NO HEALTH Questions although some of these products will have
Several Knock Out Questions on the application (such as, have
you ever tested positive for HIV etc.) and some may not have any
questions about your health.
- Guaranteed Issue (Graded Benefit
Whole Life - Modified Whole Life)
Below are two examples of how
some of the Products Pay your graded death benefit.
- During the first year if you should die
the beneficiary will receive all premiums paid plus 35% of the
Death Benefit. If you should die during the 2nd year the
benefit will be paid at 70% ( If you had a $10,000 plan the
beneficiary would receive $3,500 if you died during the 1st year
and $7,000 if you died during the 2nd year). Starting the 3rd
year the full $10,000 would be paid. This policy builds cash
value and if you are killed accidental during the first two
years the full benefit would be paid.
- During the first two years if you should
die the beneficiary will receive all premiums paid plus 10%.

policy builds cash value and if you are killed accidental during
the first two years the full benefit would be paid
The Graded Benefit
Whole Life Policy should require no Physical Examination, Fixed
Premiums (never go up), Build Cash Value and Can't be Canceled as
long as premiums are paid.
This does not show all
of the Guaranteed Whole Life examples. Be sure to read all
Insurance Company information about the policy before you purchase.
The policy should have a free look period so you when you receive
the policy check it over and make sure it is what you purchased. If
not ask for a Refund.
The above
coverage is for consumers that have HEALTH PROBLEMS. Your Agent
should try to get a standard plan issued for you and if you
cannot qualify then this type product would be in your best
interest. Almost everyone can purchase Life Insurance in
today's market.
